Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 lb. can Libby’s Pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 9″ unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in order.
  2. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  3. Bake in oven at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F and cook for 45 more minutes or until knife inserted into pie comes out clean. If crust is getting too brown, cover crust rim with aluminum pie ring or aluminum foil.
