1/4cupmilkadjust depending on how thick you like your smoothies
1 1/2cupsfrozen mixed berries

Instructions
Place all 5 ingredients in a high powered blender. If you want it a little thinner, you can always add some more milk or a little water or juice.
Blend on high for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
The smoothie stores well overnight in an air tight container in the refrigerator. Give it a stir before you pour it just to make sure all the ingredients are combined.
Notes
I keep bananas in a ziplock bag in the freezer. Once they start to get too ripe, peel them and place them in a ziplock bag. They'll keep for 6 months. When you want to make a smoothie or banana bread or muffins, you'll have plenty of bananas on hand.If you want the smoothie a little thinner, you can add more milk or some water to think it out. If anyone in your house doesn't like the seeds from the berries, you can strain the smoothie through a fine mesh strainer placed over a mixing bowl large enough to hold the strained smoothie.
