Easy Dijon Vinaigrette Recipe
This simple and flavor-packed Dijon vinaigrette is a go-to dressing for salads, fresh veggies, roasted vegetables, and even as a marinade. It comes together in minutes with just a few pantry staples. It's sure to become your go-to salad dressing.

Ingredients

Dijon mustard

red wine vinaigrette

Canola oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Whisk the Dijon mustard and red wine vinegar until combined.
While whisking, slowly add the canola oil and whisk until the dressing is emulsified.
Add the salt and pepper and whisk them into the vinaigrette.
Notes
I like to double the recipe so I have plenty of this vinaigrette on hand. It stores for a few weeks in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
