Easy Beef Stew Slow Cooker Recipe
Filled with vegetables, tender beef, and a rich broth, this stew is very easy to get in the slow cooker in the morning before a busy day.

purchased cut into 1" squares

flour
all purpose

pepper

beef broth
low sodium

Worcestershire sauce

clove
garlic
minced

bay leaves
2
tsp
paprika

carrots

potatoes

Instructions
Peel potatos and cut into 1-2" pieces.
Peel carrots, slice in 1" rounds.
Chop onions into 1-2" pieces.
Slice celery into 1-2" pieces.
Put meat, flour, salt and pepper in slow cooker and stir until meat is coated with flour.
Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker.
Cover, cook on low for 10-12 hours.
Stir stew before serving.
