These Terms of Use set the rules for using sunnysideupnutrition.com and the content, podcast, newsletter, and programs we offer through it. Last updated October 13, 2026.

Using the site

Sunny Side Up Nutrition (“we,” “us,” “our”) is operated by [legal entity name, e.g., Sunny Side Up Nutrition, LLC]. By visiting sunnysideupnutrition.com or any subdomain (including our membership site), subscribing to our newsletter, or listening to our podcast, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use the site, make purchases, or submit comments. Parents and caregivers are our audience, and the site is not directed to children.

Health and nutrition disclaimer

Everything we publish is for general education and information only. It is not medical advice, nutrition therapy, mental health treatment, or a substitute for individualized care from your own health care providers. Reading our content, listening to our podcast, joining our membership, or contacting us does not create a dietitian-client or provider-patient relationship.

Every child and family is different. Talk with your child’s pediatrician, a registered dietitian, or another qualified provider before making changes to your child’s eating, especially if your child has a medical condition, allergy, feeding difficulty, growth concern, or history of disordered eating. Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or heard from us.

Our content and how you may use it

The site and everything on it, including articles, recipes, photographs, graphics, podcast episodes, downloads, logos, and the Sunny Side Up Nutrition name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You are welcome to:

• Read, listen to, and print our content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Share a link to any page or episode.
• Share one photo from a recipe with a short excerpt of the text and a link back to the original post, with credit to Sunny Side Up Nutrition.

Please do not:

• Copy, republish, or redistribute full recipes, articles, transcripts, or podcast episodes without our written permission.
• Sell, license, or use our content commercially, or use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, without our written permission.
• Use our name, logo, or photographs to suggest that we endorse you, your product, or your services.
• Scrape or harvest the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code.

Comments, reviews, and submissions

You may be able to leave comments, rate and review recipes, or send us questions, stories, or other material (“Submissions”). By posting a Submission you confirm that it is yours, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights or any law.

You keep ownership of your Submission. You grant us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to publish, display, edit for clarity or length, and use it on the site, in our newsletter, and in our social media and promotional materials. We may use your first name or the name you provide with it. We will not publish your email address.

We may remove or edit any Submission, and block any user, at our discretion. We do not allow content that is hateful, harassing, harmful, or illegal; that promotes dieting, weight loss, or disordered eating; that gives medical advice to other readers; or that is spam or advertising.

Comments and reviews express the views of the people who write them, not ours.

Membership, courses, and purchases

These terms apply to paid products we offer, including our membership, courses, trainings, and digital downloads, whether sold on sunnysideupnutrition.com, on courses.sunnysideupnutrition.com, or through our shop. Specific products may have additional terms, which will be shown at checkout.

• Pricing and payment. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars at checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not see or store your full card number. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect a purchase you have already made.
• Subscriptions. Memberships renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account or by emailing [contact email]. Cancellation stops future charges and does not refund payments already made, except as described below.
• Access and license. When you purchase, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own household. You may not share your login, resell, copy, record, or distribute the materials, or use them to train or teach others without our written permission.

The site also links to and embeds content from other websites and services, including social media platforms, our newsletter on Substack, and podcast hosting and listening apps. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNNY SIDE UP NUTRITION, ITS OWNERS, CONTRACTORS, AND GUEST CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY HEALTH OUTCOME OR FOOD-RELATED INJURY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING. We may suspend or end your access at any time for violating these Terms. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
