Coaching

Supervision for Registered Dietitians  Are you a Registered Dietitian looking for clinical supervision. Anna is Certified Eating Disorder Registered Dietitian (CEDRD) and an Approved Supervisor both through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iadep). Anna offers individual and group supervision for Registered Dietitians interested in building their expertise in working with clients with eating disorders and/or working towards their CEDRD. Virtual and in person sessions available. Anna is available for in person sessions at her office in the Raleigh, NC.

Cooking Lessons  Elizabeth cooked professionally before becoming a Registered Dietitian. She still loves to cook and share her knowledge about food and cooking. From learning to chop veggies to preparing easy meals to baking to pantry basics!  Lessons are offered virtually or in your home if you live in the DC metro area. 

Business Coaching  Anna and Elizabeth each run successful private practices. Are you interested in taking that next step to becoming a nutrition entrepreneur? Virtual and in person sessions available. Anna is available for in person sessions at her office in the Raleigh, NC. Elizabeth is available for in person sessions in her Washington, DC office. We offer 60 minute and 30 minute sessions for business coaching.

Nutrition Coaching  Anna and Elizabeth each have private practices and see clients in person in their offices. Elizabeth sees clients in her Washington, DC office and Anna sees clients in her Raleigh, NC office.

Nutrition Curriculum Review and Development  Do you use nutrition curriculum in your work with families and children? Would you like us to review it to ensure it promotes positive relationships with food? We offer consultation services to review or write nutrition curricula, keeping the focus on age appropriateness nutrition education, elimination of pro diet messages, and promoting positive relationships with food and body.

Recipe Development  Elizabeth loves creating simple and delicious recipes in collaboration with like-minded brands to share on our blog or social media.
